Claim Professionals, Inc. can review and organize claim files,
present opinions on insurance issues, and support the discovery
process. We support litigation with detailed reports outlining
the insurance issues, in-depth opinions regarding the "standard
of the industry," and a unique perspective on the claims
process.

Jim
Aaberg and Lon Anderson have extensive experience in providing
Expert Testimony. Our ability to provide a fair and objective
testimony results from years of service in the insurance industry,
both as employees and independent adjusters. This unique perspective
benefits all individuals involved with insurance litigation.
In
addition to its principals, Aaberg Claim Professionals, Inc.
has developed a network of resources and individuals to assist

Appraisal
An
appraiser is a private, unofficial person selected by the insured
and insurer to ascertain valuation, quantity and amount [6 Cal
Jur 3d (Rev)].
Aaberg
Claim Professionals, Inc. provides appraisers for all types
of losses. Experience in determining the actual cash value through
a systematic approach is what makes us a solid choice for any
appraisal demand. This systematic approach, required by law,
[Lewis Food Company v. Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.(1962, 2nd
Dist.) 207 Cal App 2d 515] demands expert knowledge and experience
in the industry to be effective. Both are qualities of the professionals
at our firm.
Our
people are accredited insurance professionals and negotiation
specialists, with strong estimatic and evaluation skills, who,
through an efficient approach, can reach an objective appraisal
of any type of loss.

and saved to disk. A&A saves both a hard copy and an electronic
copy of the spreadsheet for your convenience and security.

Claim Professionals, Inc. offers an extremely accurate cutting
edge pricing program. Our team of pricing specialists use the
