An appraiser is a private, unofficial person selected by the insured and insurer to ascertain valuation, quantity and amount [6 Cal Jur 3d (Rev)].

Aaberg Claim Professionals, Inc. provides appraisers for all types of losses. Experience in determining the actual cash value through a systematic approach is what makes us a solid choice for any appraisal demand. This systematic approach, required by law, [Lewis Food Company v. Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.(1962, 2nd Dist.) 207 Cal App 2d 515] demands expert knowledge and experience in the industry to be effective. Both are qualities of the professionals at our firm.

Our people are accredited insurance professionals and negotiation specialists, with strong estimatic and evaluation skills, who, through an efficient approach, can reach an objective appraisal of any type of loss.
